Better than I expected!
By John L. Chico
This little label printer works better than I expected. It's fast - first label comes out less than 2 seconds. It doesn't use a standard print driver (which makes sense). The DYNO software took a few seconds to figure out, but no manual was needed - just a little playing. 5 minutes later - it was surprisingly productive.

Every small office should have one - a 1000 times better than trying to print a few labels on a sheet & trying to line them up correctly.

Dymo Labelwriter 450 Duo makes work quick and easy
By MichelleEm
I'm a Bzzagent and recently received a Dymo Labelwriter 450 Duo to review. I had been wanting a labelwriter for a while so was very excited to give this one a try.

Setup didn't go as easily as I thought it would and it took me a couple of attempts before the installation worked. Once I got it running, using the Dymo was a breeze. I was amazed at how quickly the stamps and labels printed (71/minute).

I run a small business from home and have used stamps.com in the past. I liked using the stamps.com service but hated that I needed to pay a monthly fee in addition to postage costs. Eventually, I stopped using stamps.com and just used the United States Postal Service website to print postage. USPS was free but didn't allow me to print first class stamps. The Dymo solved all my problems. I load my account with money for postage and that's it. No subscription fees.

You can also print labels of varying sizes (e.g., address labels, shipping labels, file labels, etc.).

The labelwriter uses thermal technology to print the labels which means you'll never have to buy ink or toner.

The Dymo Labelwriter 450 Duo Label Printer is a product I'll be using for a long time and is great for any home or business.

Get what you pay for
By Nick is Awesome
The color cartridge is complete crap. I already returned the first non-working color one, so I didn't feel like jumping through all those hoops again, but the color cartridge they sent out works mediocre at best.

The black cart works great on the other hand, so if you're like me and mostly use your printer for B&W, you should be fine.

If you're into printing photos, don't even consider these.

remanufactured ink cartridges
By Cooperski
The black cartridge worked fine in my Lexmark printer; the color cartridge did not work at all. The printer gave an error message that the color cartridge was missing. The supplier, OC Products, sent another color cartridge within a week, and the replacement color cartridge works fine so far. The supplier also refunded half of the cost of my order.

My cartridges were perfect
By RuRu
After reading all the reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase these cartridges, however my purchase was excellent.

I have free Amazon Prime as a student member this year (Thank you Amazon!) and the price of these cartridges is approximately $20 cheaper than my previous purchases for the same product from office supply stores.

I ordered the cartridges, they arrived in two days and I installed them immediately without any problems. They didn't make a mess, and my HP all-in-one C4180 works like a charm again. It printed a test page, and I was off printing photos on photo paper, as well as my notes for class.

I did not see any indication that they were refurbished cartidges and I will continue to buy my cartidges from Amazon at a fraction of the retail price.

Okay, when they work
By Big Al
My HP printer produces acceptable black & white and color documents with these ink cartridges. The quality of the prints is not great but presentable. I rarely print photos so I leave that part of evaluation to other reviewers. All I said is true, when the cartridges work. When a cartridge malfunctions and you try to make a warranty claim with HP, you have a problem, because the HP ink cartridge warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. This happened to me recently. Previously, I bought my replacement ink cartridge at a retail store. Several months into use, I got an error message that "there is a problem with the Tri-Color cartridge." The ink level was half-full a few days ago. I followed the help menu and cleaned the print head and copper contacts numerous times, to no avail. I read the HP ink cartridge warranty, checked the expiration day on the cartridge and found that it expires on 1/1/2012, almost a full year from today. I decided to make a warranty claim with HP. After spending a good half an hour talking to a man in India, I was told that because my printer was out of warranty, HP would not warrant the ink cartridge, even thought I bought the replacement cartridges separately from the printer in a retail store. I wound up throwing out the malfunctioning cartridge and bought a new one. I wasn't happy. See my comment below for a full account of what happened.

Great: Just don't buy it from ANT Online
By William W. Smith
Amazon was charging almost $18 for these inks when last I looked. But "partner" ANT has them for less than $11. Good deal? Beware that if you order several inks at a time that you may well find you get separate shipments at $7 each in shipping costs.

Read Amazon's consolidation terms VERY carefully. You'll find that ANT has the right not to consolidate your 1-Click order. and they won't. I got charged $56 in shipping for a complete set of 8 ink cartridges. ANT refused to discuss this.

Nice paper for inexpensive note cards.
By Albert C. Mach II
I have used dozens of boxes of 100 with a epson 2200 to make note cards with my photographs. I have sold around 1600 of these cards and everyone is very happy with the images. I use the enhanced mat profile that came with the printer and increase the saturation by 10 and the contrast by 5. I use 720 dpi and high speed. I have tried higher resolution settings and tried printing at the slow speed but can not find any diffrence in quality. These cards are 4 fold size. I do have mat black ink installed with the printer.
I do have an Epson 7600 that I use for making my high art prints, but have loved the 2200 for the smaller jobs and cards.
*******************************************
Okay it is now Feb. of 2010 and I want to add to this review that I origionaly did several years ago.
I have now sold over 4700 note cards all printed on this paper with my Epson 2200. When I compare ones printed many years ago with the ones printed today there is no color shift, fading, discoloration, etc. They are still just as vibrant and appealing to the customers as the day they were created. Some of the people who have purchased my cards have framed them and display them on their walls. In addition to the cards, I have printed hundreds of other sheets of this paper for different purposes on the same printer. (I do see color shifting, fading etc. on ones I printed on the Epson 1270 many years ago before I got the 2200.)
Someone was having trouble with knowing how to set the Epson 2200 to print nicely with this paper. As I said above many years ago, I use enhanced mat paper at 720 dpi high speed for the quarter fold note cards. I sometimes increase saturation by 5 or 10 and contrast by 5. I have tried higher dpi settings but don't see a diffrence. Also turning off the high speed doesn't seem to make a diffrence on the note cards. If I am printing full sheets I would probably try a higher resolution and not high speed. Oh yes I also have mat black ink installed on the printer. I can help anyone who does not get wonderful prints with an Epson 2200 and this paper if you need me to. I usually use heavier mat paper for full sheets. The mat papers are stable and when framed under glass, look great, rich colors and are very stable over the years. I don't use more expensive glossy papers because when framed they don't look any different. Also glossy is not as durable and long lasting. I do admit glossy when not framed under glass has that special punch until they get scratched. Also I sell the note cards in a clear glossy plastic envelope so they look just as good on the display as a glossy paper. When taken out of the clear glossy envelope they still are bright, vibrant, and appealing.
I now use an Epson Stylus Professional 9900 for my fine art. I would like to sell my 7600 which still works perfectly. The 7600 is just smaller and slower with some fewer features as compared with the 9900. But I hope the Epson 2200 would continue to print as good as it has for all these years. I carry it back and forth from WV to Maine in my truck with heavy boxes of stuff on top. This is not recommended but this tough printer keeps going for my needs and will never be for sale.

Good for Crafts and Photo Projects for school
By V. Pennington
Think about it. The paper is 100 sheets for 11 dollars. That's VERY inexpensive for photo paper. I used this paper to make nice wrappers for around Hershey's candy to make favors for a 50th wedding anniversary. It is also great for making photo pages for the sports teams memory books. It is thin enough to not make the pages bulky, but thick enough to not let colors bleed through. I use it with an HP printer and it works great. I don't own an Epson, so I could not say how it works. I do know that it works great for sending a collage of photos to several people as it is inexpensive and the thickness makes it easy to fold into and envelope.(I did just that for Christmas cards) I would not use this for making long lasting photos, but if you want a better quality page than normal paper, this is the route to go!

Great alternative to photo paper
By Bruce MacNicol
We used to print our marketing literature on glossy photo paper (architecture firm, lots of pictures). Tried this paper and loved it. The pictures are just as crisp with only a very slight color difference from the glossy paper, and it's about 75% cheaper.

Reset Your Printer Defaults For Non OEM Cartridge to Work.
By James Lofton
Paid $9.00 for refurbished cartridges and these work better than expected. My Epson Workforce 310 Printer only cost me $80 and now they wanted me to spend another $70 for printer cartridges, no way! You get 2 set of ink cartridges which works just fine. I need 2 black and 3 colors to get my printer to operate. As with my printer when one colors is low or out you have to replace the whole set. Buy these if you want to save $60 or actually $120 because these comes with two sets. The print quality is fine as well for printing my homework assignments and other miscellaneous stuff. REMEMBER TO RESET YOUR PRINTER FOR THESE NON OEM CARTRIDGES TO WORK. FOR MY EPSON WORKFORCE 310 I GO TO CONTROL PANEL, THEN DEVICES AND PRINTERS. UNDER PRINTER MANAGEMENT GO TO PRINTING DEFAULTS AND THEN ADVANCED THEN MAINTENANCE TO DISABLE PRINTER MONITOR. NOW YOUR NON OEM CARTRIDGES WILL BE RECOGNZED.

great price and working well
By Christina D. Kuhn
I decided to try this inexpensive alternative for my printer ink. I had previously purchased a handy little device that programs the ink cartridges, so I was able to just replace those that need replaced, rather than all of them like some other reviewers have had to do.

These cartridges are working fine. I have the Epson workforce 600 and it won't fax or scan or anything if even one of the ink cartridges needs replaced. This is an inexpensive option that is working very well for me. I will be buying more of these in the future.

These cartridges work perfectly with my Workforce 610. Never again will I pay $80 for color and black ink from Staples, etc. I received 4 black, 2 cyan, 2 magenta, and 2 yellow for under $9.00! Unbelievable.

Gigablock Continuous Ink System for Epson Artisan 710 725 810 and 835 All-in-One Printer Related Cartridge T098120 T098220 T098320 T098420 T098520 T098620

Product Description

The CIS(Continuous Ink System) consists of a high-capacity ink reservoir (same as using between 8 ~ 10 ink cartridges per color) that is attached to a cartridge via secure tubing. The tubing acts as a vacuum to extract ink from the reservoir and keep the cartridge full of ink. Because of the large reservoir capacity, you can print for an extended period of time without running low right away. There is a red line on the reservoir to indicate when it is time to refill. Each CIS comes complete with easy-to-follow instructions, ink, and all accessories needed to successfully use the system. The included UCI cartridges have a permanent smart chip already installed, which will automatically reset itself when your printer power is turned off (for 5 seconds) and turned back on. No mess! No leaking!

Excellent product, excellent ink
By Ok2bclever
The installation of this specific product is straightforward.

It requires no modification of the Epson Artison 810 that I purchased it for.

The ink supply hose routes across the front top (just behind the tilting control panel)of the unit to the left side where you place the ink supply itself.

The hose is long enough to locate the ink supply towards the left rear of the printer although not long enough to place it all the way behind the unit when routed across the front.

I believe you would be able to route the hose directly to the rear with the destructive modifications I have watched on a competing CISS unit, but I prefer not grinding sections off my brand new printer and the direction the ink supply hose comes out of the cartridge units is not ideal for direct routing to the rear.

The only downside I experienced in the installtion was the ink supply hose makes it hard to fully close the unit.

After completing the installation and turning the printer back on I kept getting the alarm notification to close the cover for the unit to work (it will not work/print if it is detecting the cover is not closed).

Putting a little downward pressure on the top of the printer would stop the alarm, but as soon as I released the pressure the alarm would start up again making the unit non-functional.

Perhaps some energetic bending and compression of the ink tubing would have fixed this, but I was hesitant to do that.

I resolved this with the use of a little black gaffers tape along the right side of the unit to keep the slight downward pressure on the lid to keep it from popping up that little amount that was triggering the "lid up" alarm.

You could use black electrical tape to do the same thing I would think although I prefer the gaffers tape for it's reuseability and the fact that it does not leave any residue (it's specific function in video applications).

I actually used the black gaffers tape along the entire path for aesthetic reasons.

The tubing is not excessively obnoxious without the tape, but the black tape makes the entire assembly blend in with the black body of the printer to make it look like a much more custom installation.

I also applied some industrial strength velcro tape to the backside of the ink supply container and the left rear side of the printer making the external ink supply and printer one functional unit for minor moving the printer around.

Just prior to installing this unit I printed off a half dozen 8.5 x 11 photos using the original Epson ink cartridges (boy, did that empty out those cartridges fast!)

I used both bright and pastel color subject matter and human face shots.

I have found correct flesh reproduction shades the hardest thing for non-OEM ink to replicate accurately.

The ink that came with this system is excellent and in immediate casual comparison I decided to place a small pen mark on the rear side of the non-OEM versions of the photos.

In close and critical A/B examination of these 8.5 x 11 prints, using the exact same source photos and printer settings I actually cannot distinguish between the Epson original ink and this non-OEM ink.

Also, this non-OEM ink appears to dry just as fast (basically immediately after applying) as the Epson ink and there has been no smearing issues using the auto-duplex feature of the 810.

Regarding UV resistance and long term duration claims and comparisons, only time will tell, but I am fully happy with the quality of this non-OEM ink and the entire CISS system.

Everything is great except that it does not recognize the magenta cartridge about half the time. Every time it happens you have to fight with it to get it to print. The manual the CIS comes with says to take out the cartridges turn off the printer, replace, then turn back on. I have done this repeatedly up to at least 5 times with out it working. I find it best just to turn it off and walk away. Come back later. Which really sucks when you've got to get something you need to get printed at that very moment.
I had an epson stylus photo RX580 printer with a CIS system and it would have this problem every once in a while but it was not always the same cartridge every time. Due to this, when it was time for a new printer I wanted to stick to epson printers but was hoping the ink cartridges would be more efficient. They were not.
I have worse luck with this system then I did my last. The cartridges are a pain in the neck to remove as well.
Since it is always the same cartridge, I believe there may be a defect with that one.
I also fear that one day the hoses will start leaking from closing the lid and pinching them over and over again. I'm going to shave off a little trench in the plastic so that doesn't happen.
I contacted the seller (Print4ever) about the issue. He gave me a few tips, but they did not work. The seller informed me that if it continued, I would receive a new chip to replace the faulty one. He was lying. He never sent me the chip.
I would suggest looking elsewhere for your CIS.

Good Ink System
By Frank J. Canha
I was really impressed with the packaging of this product. It came in a very attractive glossy box with photos of the product on the outside. Inside the box the product was packaged well and secured so no ink would spill during shipment.

I chose to modify my Artisan 810 by using a Dremel to cut some plastic to make the ribbon fit with the printer lid closed.

I followed the directions per: [...] because I liked the idea of running the ribbon straight back.

If you prefer not to modify your printer this looks like a good solution [...]

The suggested ribbon routing instructions that came with this product probably would cause the printer top to not fully close.

One thing to watch out for is to fully press the top of the cartridges (the end with the electronic contacts) into the printer.

I thought I had sufficiently inserted the cartridge into the printer but kept getting a "insert ink cartridges" message.

You must insert the cartridge until the top part "clicks" in to place. After this was done, Voila! The printer recognized the ink and was ready to go!

First test on tap was the photo test and it passed with flying colors! Excellent detailed photos with this ink. It was dry when the photo came out and was thoroughly impressed with photo results. Still lab quality like the OEM Epson inks.

Great value!

Good Toner - Until I Changed it
By A. Bert
I was happy with this product but when I went to change out the cartridge it was stuck and when it finally came out toner spilt out of it, my original comments follow and I still will try this again since at this price I can still buy another printer if it screws up the printer and be $$ ahead versus buying Dell toners.

I know using a non-Dell toner in my printer voids the warranty and all that, but the printer cost $200 and the Dell toners are like twice the price for this one, so as long as the printer tolerates say one or two uses of these compatible toner cartridges I'm ahead of the game. So far I'm happy with the printing that's coming out with this cartridge. No problems and the colors looks just as good as the original Dell cartridge did.

Really AMAZON.com??
By Toni L. Moore
This cartridge prints very nice pictures, but it doesn't last long. Now I can't find the cartridge anywhere. Kodak doesn't even have them anymore. So now I am stuck with a printer dock that doesn't print!!

AMAZON.com to the rescue!! But wait! What's the price??? $99.00 DOLLARS!! Are you kidding me???
When it was available, I could buy it for $25.00 with a 100 pack of paper.

For this price, I can go to Best Buy or WalMart and buy a new wireless Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier on sale. I guess they call it Progress for a reason. Goodbye my Kodak EasyShare G600 Printer Dock. It was nice while it lasted (which wasn't long).

I am VERY dissappointed that AMAZON.com would be so ridiculous on such an item!

Buy in Bulk!
By JB
Original camera kit came with "only" 5 pieces of photo paper and an ink cartridge for printing "just" 5 photo's...It's nice how they get you started right out of the box and then hit you up for the essential accessories later on to continue priting photo's! Oh well, such is advertising! Good quality photo paper for my daughter to use with her EasyShare system but you must buy it in bulk to see an overall savings...Go with the 50 or 100 sheet packages if you can afford it!
Buy in bulk! :)

What can I say? It prints well.
By Just a guy
Shipping was very very fast and the cost of the paper was low enough that they still beat out everyone else I could find on the net for total price, even with having to pay shipping.

RIP OFF!
By Terry Pemberton
I bought the Kodak printer because it advertised lower cost printer cartridges. What they didn't tell you was that each cartridge only lasts for about 10 copies and then they are out. I thought it was a problem with my printer and when I brought it up the customer service supervisor told me I was lying when I said my ink cartridge only lasted for a few copies. He said it was not possible. My printer is new and I have run less than 100 copies and I have changed my black ink three times and my color three times. The cost per copy is through the roof and the print quality is not even that great. I have also had to send my printer back and have another one sent to me after only three months. Go for another brand of printer. This one sucks. I had an HP for years with no problems and the ink lasted quite a long time with more print jobs.

As a college student, I want to say, yes these cartidge is cheaper than most of the other cartidge in the market. However, i must say you get what you pay but this is not it at all. I printed couple of page (10 - 20) and its already done. But then, I bought the 30 C XL and that could print over a 100 pages. I am still using it and it's half way. I been printing 5 - 10 pages a day for the last month so I could recommend the XL rather than this one.

Fantastic replacement for SOHO laser
By J. W. Comish
I replaced an older HP color laser that had gotten flakey. While initialization takes a while to complete the printer is very fast, very quiet and has excellent output. I did not get wireless as my printer is plugged into my network backbone. My Lantronics XPrintServe immediately recognized the printer and it was available to all my iOS devices. Highly recommended. Also flawlessly used by 4 Macs in the house running Lion and Mountain Lion.

HP Pro X451dn
By customer
The printer is AMAZING! I also bought the additional paper tray (from a different vendor). I was using a HP 3000dtn. My 3000 was an awesome, top-of-the-line model when I got it, and it functioned like one for over 9 years. Although the 3000 was functioning well, I decided to get a new printer and chose the HP X451dn. I didn't know if I would be able to "strike gold" again with another great printer. The X451dn is that great printer! This printer has many more options and functions. than my 3000 has and cost me much less. It is much faster than my 3000 (warms up/initializes in less than 10 seconds), prints amazingly fast, and the quality of the printed job is excellent. I would recommend you use the "general office" print quality option (used to be known as "draft" quality on older models of HP) because the printer uses less ink and the print job still looks excellent. This printer also takes up less space on the desk or table than my 3000. I would recommend you also get the additional paper tray as it will increase the types and size of paper options you will have and you won't have to keep changing paper from one tray. I use this third paper tray for my every day printing needs, I use Tray 2 for my letterhead, and I use Tray 1 for my envelopes. I would definitely recommend HP printers in general, and I would definitely recommend the X451dn in particular. Another thing I like about the X451dn is that it uses larger ink cartridges so your ink lasts longer. You will be amazed at the print output capacity of these cartridges--even the ones shipped with the printer. I am still using the cartridges that initially came with the printer. Excellent printer vendor and service from this vendor! I chose this vendor because they had THE best price for this NEW product--at first I thought I read the ad wrong and the printer would be a used or refurbished model. I received my printer in 24 hours!...much less time than the projected date, and it was indeed a NEW printer in sealed original manufacturer's box. Product was as advertised and well packaged. I would definitely recommend this vendor and the vendor from whom I purchased the additional paper tray. I'm glad I purchased the printer when I did, though, because I see the vendor I bought the printer from is now selling the printer for $150 more than I paid for it--as the saying goes, timing is everything. Thank you!

Amazing little labels!
By carolyn
Been using these exact folder labels for YEARS! Having trouble finding them in stock locally however, so Amazon is the ticket on many of my favorite office supplies. These Avery labels stick very well, easy to use with my Canon printer, and give just a spot of color to my tri-cut folders when it's time to freshen my files every year or two. Thanks again Amazon for a very quick delivery too!

Perfect Labels! And I Have Found So Many Uses!
By Daisy S
For years, I have used Avery labels. These are just perfect for printing in a laser or even in my Inkjet printer. And I find myself using the Avery template in Word. What I did was to make the font, etc just the way I wanted it and saved it as a template and I have PERFECT file folders every time!

What I love about these labels is they do not come off the paper. In fact, they stay whole until I peel them off for a file folder.

One more thing, if you are in a hurry and need to hand write a label, make sure you have a Sharpie Pen and these labels. Sometimes in a hurry, I just use my Sharpie Pen to write on a label and use it for labeling something other than a file folder as I have found many more uses of these labels than just for files...

Perfect
By Bernie Dudek
Perfect and flawless. Although HP toner cartridges are pricey, they are top of the line. I tried a few generic one's and will say buy with caution. One print lightly, another made noise, and the life of the third was very short. I never had any problems with HP refills and I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical at first about buying a "damaged" toner cartridge, but very pleased with purchase. The box had some minor damage. No damage to the toner cartridge. I love the price. I would purchase again. 53A cartridges are SO expensive. This was a real bargin.

Top Tier Product Once You Get the Hang
By Rodney Ankeny
I Agree with "Great Prints", PictureMate produces top quality prints at about half the price of its competitors. Look at the price of the refill packs for the competition and pay attention to the number of prints per box, you will find that they cost between 50 and 60 cents per prints. That is where your true cost, and true savings accrue. PictureMate is 29 cents per print. The quality, as always from Epson is Outstanding. One thing that I noticed is that the default setting causes a photo to print in 8 to 9 minutes. If you go into the Print Settings and uncheck the "Enhance Fine Details" Checkbox, the PictureMate will produce a fantastic, beautiful, and durable print in about 2 to 3 minutes, which is acceptable.

In response to another reviewer about selecting prints, I agree that it is not easy to select prints when printing from card, I either remember the number or you can use most cameras to mark images for printing in camera. I too print from computer and this is definitely the way to go.

Great Lab Quality Prints At Home
By Ronald A. Sussman
I am a semi-pro photographer and was looking for an easy way to get proof images and I found it with the Epson Picturemate. The prints cost roughly the same as from my local lab, about 29 cents each, and the quality is sharper and better. You can connect it directly to your computer or print straight from a variety of media cards. The only down side is there is no way to monitor and pick which image you want off the card without first printing a contact sheet.

Since I print from my computer this is really not a problem. The printer is small and portable. Epson claims the prints will last 100 years or more.

WARNING! Not for PictureMate Pal, Snap, or Flash
By book_review_grrl
This print pack MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE with the PictureMate 200 series printers. If you have a PictureMate Pal, Snap, or Flash printer, you should order EITHER T5846 for 150 glossy prints OR the T5845-M for 100 matte prints.

If the box does not specifically say that it is for PictureMate Series 200 printers (Pal, Snap, and Flash) such as the T5846 or T5845-M packs - DON'T BUY IT! You will end up with the wrong size cartridge. T5570, T5570-M, and "270" cartridges are not compatible with the PictureMate 200 series.

For 150 glossy prints, stick to T5846, such as:
* T5846 ASIN-B000IT4O0A
* T5846 ASIN-B000KJBRK8
* T5846 ASIN-B000JMFVY4
* T5846 ASIN-B000MFJOZU
* T5846 ASIN-B000L9MES6
* T5846 ASIN-B000NZRJFQ

For 100 matte prints, stick to T5845-M, such as:
* T5845-M ASIN-B000IT4O0U
* T5845-M ASIN-B000LDRJS2
* T5845-M ASIN-B000JMHV38
* T5845-M ASIN-B000OCMVLU

The low rating isn't so much a reflection on the product as it is on the product's packaging. The manufacturer, Epson, knows that it has more than one type of Picturemate system on the market and that the cartridges are not compatible across all Picturemate models - yet the packaging does not state anywhere with which models the print pack is or isn't compatible. This oversight could be easily fixed by adding information to the packaging.

Canan MX320 Ink Cartridge

My machine does not recognize the cartridge, but my printer functions and prints very well eventhough it reads that the printer is low on ink before it prints. You will know that the ink is low only when you notice fading in the printouts. Good product overall and would probably buy again.

Product Not Delivered In Retail Packaging
By Creek Dweller
Cartridge was not delivered in "Retail Packaging". Product description clearly indicates that product includes "Retail Packaging". The illustration shown for the product clearly shows "retail packaging"... meaning the box that the cartridge is sold in. Without the box, it is not possible to determine the expiration date of the cartridge. I have had much grief with Brother printers not accepting old, expired cartridges. This may not seem like a big deal, but it becomes a big deal when you are in the middle of a print job, you run out of ink, and your only remaining replacement cartridge will not work in the Brother printer. I ordered three different cartridge colors at the same time, and received all cartridges in the same shipment. The Cyan and Yellow cartridges were delivered in boxes, as advertised. The Magenta cartridges were delivered without boxes. I note that the Magenta cartridges were sold buy "Andrew's Genuine Supplies", whereas the other cartridges were sold by Amazon. At the very least, Amazon product descriptions should be corrected to clearly indicate that product IS NOT delivered in Retail Packaging, and illustrations should show the cartridge only, without the retail packaging.

A Review for ARTISTS
By A very happy artist
If you are just in the market for a machine that prints in duplex, is networked, does X number of pages per minute, you have dozens of choices -- you can read through the other reviews for their comments.

But if you are a creative soul, the kind who wants to print on metallic paper, or decal, or make t-shirts and transfers and all kinds of other things that make most other printers keel over and die, this is the machine for you.

Back in the day, the old monster copy machines used fuser oil, which kept the fancy papers from sticking to the hot fuser as it heat-pressed the toner into place. When smaller machines came about, the manufacturers got rid of the fuser oil and ran the machines hotter -- a short hot fuse vs. a longer, cooler one. All those specialty papers that were developed for the old machines would just melt onto the fuser roller. And soon those companies started making their larger machines the same way.

Most artists I know solved this problem by finding a dirt old copy machine that they nursed back to health every time it broke down. But consumables are scarce, and the old machines are getting harder to find and maintain. Manufacturers of specialty papers developed workarounds with inkjet products, but they just aren't as good. Up until now, the ONLY alternative I had found was an adapted OKI Data machine in the seven thousand dollar range. The Samsung CLP-680ND is a godsend.

Here's why it works:
The 680ND (only the ND, btw) has a very low fusing temperature. I am told that the fuser temp. is between 55-86 degrees F, although the manual says it's around 325 degrees for 0.1 second when it fuses. (I called Samsung twice before purchasing -- both times was told that the lower number IS the fusing temperature on this model, even though it is listed as the "operating temperature" in the manual. They said the manual covers other models in this line. I'm not entirely convinced that they understood my question, or why I was asking, but even in the 325 range it runs very cool. I think most home printers are in the 385+ range.)

The reason why it runs cooler is because it uses polymerized toners. Picture toner particles encased in wax. It doesn't need to be as hot, the colors are very vivid, and it actually gives it more of a glossy look than regular toner. Again, this is ONLY the ND model.

So far I have tried a variety of papers and labels and decals, including taping smaller pieces of specialty papers to regular printer paper to see how they fared. I'm very impressed at what it can handle, and the colors are spot on. When you read the specs, you can tell they really did design this model with artists in mind. They did it right. I don't normally write reviews, but I want them to sell so many of these machines that they never discontinue the consumables, so I can keep creating for a long, long time.

Good quality work horse
By Tetsu Noguchi
I have had the distinct pleasure of watching the industry change with hands on experience through the decades. Back in my advertising days, I remember spending millions of yen (tens of thousands of dollars) on the latest and greatest super high tech Canon color laser printer, with a separate tower computer sized postscript rasterizer and a mind-blowing 128MBs of RAM.

Since then, I've owned lots and lots of HP printers, a few Brothers and Canons here and there, and a smattering of Epsons.

Most recently, about a year or two ago, somewhere in there, I was at Fry's on the hunt for a new printer because the full duplex HP2200 network printer I had was falling apart and jamming constantly, even after doing the full roller upgrade.

Until this latest breakdown, I never considered it a big deal to spend $2K+ on a rock solid printer, but while I knew inkjet would be unacceptable for my uses, I deeply loathed the idea of spending that much on a printer again.

Walking around, I was surprised to see this printer from Samsung, having never known that Samsung made printers.

Generally, if you include:
- Full Duplex Printing
- 4 color laser
- High resolution
- fast B&W printing

all in a single laser printer, the mechanisms are not designed to be able to last very long. A printer with these features under $1K? I'd have guessed maybe a year tops at a thousand pages a month.

But the design of this unit is uniquely geared towards longevity, parts that are well integrated to mitigate failure points and jamming. After reading about it online, specifically the unique stacked vertical drum mechanism designed for easy toner replacement and as a method to minimize page curling during the duplexing pull back, I figured at $399 (now $299 on Amazon), it was worth giving it a try.

Perhaps my expectations were low, but this printer has amazed me month after month. These days, my four big print job types are: contracts, proposal presentations, sow's and project outlines, and rfp's. For these types of projects, I need fast black and white printing, or do lots of collated color printing. Some months as little as 100 pages. on rare months as much as 3K pages.

In the photo, you can see the front door. This is an ingenious design as the side that is facing you is a pull down door, much like a kitchen oven would be. And the toner cartridges are essentially stacked, so it's easy to select the one you want to replace, pull it out and pop in a new one. There are paper tray extensions you can get, but this isn't strictly necessary.

The software driver, of course, includes options for how you want to print, and automatically calculates where to adjust the margin for two page printing, depending on how you want to bind the pages and where you want the matching margins to be. The toner measuring dialogue box is separate and be accessed any time.

The printer is also easy to set if you want to manually configure anything, because of the display and navigation buttons. You can assign a static IP if you like.

Some of the tech features are missing. It doesn't support AirPrint, it doesn't have a WiFi client built-in, the configuration controls are somewhat limited. But overall, what it needs, it has, and it works consistently well.

The shocker for this printer is that it works as advertised. After well over 15K pages, and a toner replacement or two, this printer has proved to be what I wish every printer I ever owned was. It has all the features you'd want in a printer. It prints fast in B&W, the resolution is very good, color prints are not as good as photo printers but much better than color laser prints from high end printer systems just 10 years ago, it never jams....and I mean NEVER jams, the toner is stupid easy (and clean) to replace, network printing is a breeze (from Windows and OSX), with tablet printing through print sharing, and most impressive....every other printer I ever owned or used started having little issues here or there, that over months or years, started showing up in parts breaking down and causing all kinds of printer frustrations and delays, but this work horse just keeps on working. After more than a year, I can honestly, surprisingly, accurately state that there has been zero jams....not a typo....zero jams.

In fact, what inspired me to type this review is that I'm about two thirds through printing out 1500 pages worth of RFPs, printing in sections, double-sided, full color. Though I print in sections to make sure I can put dividers between sections, I have yet to have a single error. printing this much a decade ago would have been a 10-12 hour project easy. With the Samsung CLP-620ND, it's been a little over 2 hours and I'm more than halfway done. Unbelievable.

Just last month, I had to print 7 copies of a 95 page document, totaling 665 pages. That project was B&W. Not a single jam, on paper that was a little too thin for this printer, full duplex. A perfect storm for jams. Yet not a single jam.

Often, I have a lot of little niggly complaints about products I own and review. But this printer is one of the few that does everything I need it to do, has nothing that I don't need, and...well...just works.

Do I have any complaints? Well...it's not an MFC, and for most small businesses or consumers, that's a deal breaker. But MFCs often have a variety of issues because of their sheer mechanical complexity.

For the money (and if you can afford the space), it's very hard to argue with the quality and reliability you get with this printer at a cost that is a fraction of what was common pricing just a few years ago. $299? Really? $299? For a printer this rock solid?

What more can you ask from a printer?

Beautiful prints, Windows/Mac differences though
By S.E. Poza
This printer is clearly designed for the office market or for a user who needs a solid color printer for business. Because of that, it is large, heavy, and the consumables are comparatively expensive when you look at a consumer-level inkjet. It includes postscript printing capability so you can print EPS files cleanly, though I believe it is interpolating and not true postscript since it seems to take longer to print postscript files. For business, especially if you need to do charts and graphs or print razor sharp text, this does a great job. I tested it out on several charts and graphs and they were all exceptionally sharp and showed fine detail in pie charts with textured wedges. The output is beautiful, crisp, bright and detailed. Photos that I printed showed fine detail on small images of faces and good color range. I printed a variety of photographs which included both close-up and distance shots of faces. Even the far away shots showed good detail on small faces. The sort of posterizing or loss of fine detail that you sometimes see in cheaper printers was not an issue. Still, this is not for creating professional prints for sale, but it does very nicely for general business and home use as well as proofing of art.

Prepping the printer is relatively easy. There are numbered picture-based instructions (no manual except one included on the CD) which walk you through how to remove the various tabs and protective bits of tape and how to prepare the toner cartridges. The toner drawer feels a little flimsy, but the printer already weighs 51 lbs. so I'm not sure added weight for a sturdier case would be worthwhile. It's not as if one needs to be opening and closing it frequently, but caution when handling it may be warranted. If you catch it on something, it will likely chip, crack, or snap.

In regards to installation, I used this printer with two different versions of the Windows OS (XP and 7) and with Mac OS 10.5.8. On Windows XP and 7, it is a dream to install and use. You install the drivers from the included CD and it's pretty much good to go with wireless printing right away. A print manager is also installed so that you can change preferences or track toner use/replacement. Samsung clearly did a good job prepping this for Windows.

On the Mac side, things did not go so smoothly and that's why I knocked a star off of the rating. While I could use this with my Mac, I could only do so using a USB cable. I could not get the wireless connection to work no matter what I did. I should note that this may be my version of the Mac OS (10.5.8 is an older version) and that I have the same problem with a Canon inkjet wireless all-in-one that I sometimes use and had a similar problem with an HP all-in-one that I temporarily used. I can print, but only when hard-wired with a USB cable, and it's also important to note that this Samsung printer does not come with said cable in the box. This is somewhat annoying since, even if you can get the wireless to work on your Mac, you are required as part of the installation to temporarily connect via USB (this is not the case on Windows). If you've got a Mac, you might want to make sure you have one on hand or purchase one concurrent with the printer.

The cartridges will print between 1500-2000 pages depending on the amount of color/text used for the pages. While the replacement cartridges from Samsung are expensive, you can get lower priced ones from a third party for as little as $80, though I imagine using them may violate the warranty. While even $80 per toner cartridge seems pricey, you can replace them selectively (there are separate cyan, magenta, yellow, and black cartridges). If you're considering a laser printer like this which is expensive or an inkjet which is cheap, it's important to consider how often you print. An inkjet's cartridges will dry out if not used regularly and will not print nearly as many pages as a toner cartridge. My rough calculation is that this will cost you 5 cents per page and that compares well to color inkjets which will cost between 3 and 9 cents per page depending on your printer (Kodak models are about 3 cents, some Canon and HP models are 9 cents). Of course, this hardware costs 3-4 times that of an inkjet, but the quality is at least that order of magnitude better. It really depends on your priorities and how great your need for a higher quality output.

The paper feed on this is very smooth and I printed only on standard photocopy paper with excellent results. It has an adjustable feed tray, but I only tested it with letter-size prints. The manual does say that it supports a wide variety of paper sizes and weights though.

All in all, this is a very nice printer with lovely output at a price point which is competitive, but not the lowest price. It's hard to directly compare as there are cheaper, smaller models which are all-in-one but are not designed to be such workhorses. Cheaper color laser printers tend to be slower, for instance. Depending on your needs, this may be a very good option, particularly if you are a Windows user.

Satisfied Okidata owner
By C. Dube
We used an Okidata OL400 for over 12 years. It still printed fine, but the paper feed became problematic. We don't print photos or other color pages, and preferred the OL400 over any of the HP ink jets we worked with.

So, another monochrome toner based printer was our best bet. Toner packs, especially the larger 7,000 page size, require fewer changes and are less expense per page than ink jet cartidges. The B4600 has a similar footprint as the OL400 and the same or improved capabilities, so it seemed the likely choice.

We've only had it for a few weeks, but are pleased with the set-up so far. The cooling fan is louder and it does run longer after printing the last page than the OL400, but the per page speed of the new printer is much faster... I'll take that trade-off. It has a larger paper tray, so running a larger print job (100 pages or more) at one time is easier than the old printer. The installation was simple and since the functions are similar to the OL400, we had nothing new to learn.

I was not sure about the black body of the printer, but it matches all the other electronics in the work area. I'd get another black one, but I expect this one to last another 10 plus years.

Perfect...for Mac too!!
By Nathan D. Tipple
First of all, I am student and am constantly printing off all sorts of stuff for school. I had a color HP inkjet all-in-one that worked well, except for the fact that ink printers smear and the replacement ink is so expensive. I stumbled upon this printer and found a way good deal, so I bought it. When it arrived, I hooked it up to my computer (yes, I have a Mac) and at first had a bit of trouble installing the driver. I finally figured out that the easiest way was to download the driver from the Oki website.

After that, I starting printing like an office supply nerd in Kinkos! It does everything that I need it to. It prints pictures with decent resolution. It prints text wonderfully. It is silent when not in use, and quiet when it is warming up/cooling down. This printer is wicked fast (as compared to inkjet) and the start up time is excellent as well. The toner capacity (thus far) is great. I have printed 800-1000 pages and we're still plugging away (with the toner that came with the printer!) I'm already saving money on ink/toner. It prints many different sizes/styles of paper (including envelope and card stock)

Now for the criticisms of the printer. It does not duplex (both sides) automatically. I don't have a lot of extra time to manually duplex, so I end up using double the paper I would have if auto-duplex was an option. Another major criticism that I have, is that it does not do a great job with labels. I bought some mailing labels for laser printers and the toner seems to wipe off the labels after they're printed. Who knows, I may have a setting wrong, but this seems weird.

Other than that this printer is perfect for what I need to do.

Poor print quality
By laser printer
Okidata laser printer purchase was a mistake. I printed a letter on bond paper, folded the letter to stuff into the envelope and the toner smudged. Second attempt to print on bond paper was also unsuccessful. Attempted to print an envelope. Roller mechanism would not draw in the envelope and an error message was displayed. What a terrible product! I sent back the Okidata laser printer to Amazon for credit. Purchased an HP laser Jet Printer (multifunction print scan copy fax). The HP product is superior!

Vibrant Photos And Much More
By P. Bergbauer
HP Photosmart C410a Premium Fax e-All-in-One CQ521A#B1H

Upon opening the printer box I was pleasantly surprised to see the printer enclosed in a carry all bag to make removal a snap. (great bag to use for groceries, etc)

I installed the printer using the wireless setup wizard and the printer installed without a problem. However, the software would not recognize the printer's IP address. I tried to uninstall and then install the software, restarting my computer, disabling the firewall, etc. etc. to no avail. So, I decided to print directly from the printer. I scanned documents, and that worked fine.
The time frame to print a scan of a document from scan to print is about a minute and the result is that the black ink seemed slightly lighter. But, regular documents have vibrant black ink. I also scanned a photo and the result was great!

The next day, I wanted to connect using a USB cable, but the printer did not come with one. So, I had to grab a USB cable from my old printer. The set up then continued quickly and I could print from my computer. While connected through the USB cable, I printed several family photos and the results were fantastic. The pictures are clear and the color is vivid. Really superior pictures and they are printed quickly.
I then called HP (on a Saturday) which has 24/7 tech support to find out why I couldn't use the printer wirelessly. We were on the phone for about an hour coming to the conclusion that I needed to change the security setting on my router from WEP to WPA. The agent was very helpful. I thought the customer service was one of the best that I have had to deal with. I did have to call my router provider to make the necessary changes. I wanted to make sure I did that correctly but those comfortable with this type of set up shouldn't have a problem. The call was quick and easy and I can now print wirelessly.

All the while, I printed lots of family photos using the software included with the printer. The picture quality is fantastic; it's very colorful. I am very satisfied with the results.
The software is easy enough to use and I am still checking out all the options, but overall there are lots of backgrounds and print options. One thing I was looking for was printing multiple pictures on one page of photo paper. With the collage feature you can manage that task when you arrange the photos accordingly. There are plenty of themes such as holidays, baby, travel, kids and teens, sports, etc. You can touch up the photo by adjusting cropping, brightness, and red eye and you can also add text.
The printer looks almost as good as the pictures it prints. I really like it's sleek black design. I also loved the fact that HP included a whole pack of 4x6 paper. After printing 25 4x6 prints and 1 8x10 print the ink levels are still more than 3/4 full.
Since my main focus for this printer is printing and scanning photos I am thrilled, the photo quality is superior.

No other inkjet printer can compare to the HP C410a
By Zulma
First let me start by saying that this printer is immaculately packed for easy removal from the box. I have never received a printer that the cables are all stored in a reusable HP zippered accessory bag and the printer is in a LARGE canvas tote bag with handles to slide out of the box with not tugging, pushing or using your feet.

The HP printer is a beauty in a sleek high black gloss finish. It comes with power AC adapter plug, phone line, installation CD, quick reference book, HP photo paper samples and two face plates (one English & one French). It DOES NOT come with the USB cable. This does not surprise me since most printers now-a-days do not include the USB cable.

After removing all the tape used to keep the printer intact during shipment, I plugged in the unit as instructed in the quick reference book. Since I have a wireless home network, I was able to connect to my network using the WiFi Protected Setup (WPS). After verifying the network name and entering my paraphrase (password) it was online in seconds. I then followed the "animated" instructions on the LCD screen on how to install the ink cartridges and paper. There is a one time initial installation that the printer cycles through that takes about 7 minutes. It downloaded updates, this is all happening without having to use my computer. The printer spit out a test page showing that the printer head had been aligned/calibrated.

Now it was time to install the CD. I am using it in a Windows 7 environment and the installation took about 8 minutes, so it is quite a large file. I followed the easy steps to setup photo printing, fax number and registration and I was done. The printer was ready to use.

I have many printers in my home since we have a large family with a total of 6 computers/laptops, but this is my first HP printer and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest, fastest and easiest to use printer I possess. The colored printouts are beautiful in vivid colors, no smudges or lines. It does only come with "setup" ink cartridges so I don't know how long they will actually last without being replaced. The ink cartridges "HP 564" series are quite reasonably priced. Depending on which cartridges you go with, the HP564 yield approximately 250-300 pages while the HP 564XL series yield about 600-700. It takes a total of 5 ink cartridges - black, Photo black (item #CB322WN), cyan, magenta and yellow.

THIS IS A PHOTOSMART PRINTER (e-all-in-one) BUT IS NOT CONSIDERED A PHOTOSMART "PLUS" PRINTER. This makes it confusing when searching for ink cartridges.

Besides the amazing features such as WiFi, embedded bluetooth, apps (which allows you to print from the web without PC), ePrint, and several slots for memory cards (Memory Stick, MMD, CF and USB-removable drives, the thing I love the most is that it only takes one series of cartridge to print photos or documents! It does require one black and one black "photo" cartridge but at least I don't have to be pulling out cartridges whenever I want to print photos.

The ePrint function is extremely easy to use. All you need to do is have the printer connected to a home network and follow the onscreen LCD instructions. The printer assigns you a unique email address. Then go to the HP ePrint website to register and set up your security options. You can set it up so anyone can send printing projects to your printer, or use just selected users. You can send photos, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, reports and many other file types directly to your printer by emailing them from your smartphone. I am using my Motorola Droid. It's that easy.

**Currently the ePrint does not support MMS format (so no picture text messages). ePrint only works if you send an email using email clients such as Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc. You would have to attach the picture to the email. Hopefully in time, there will be an update that allows pictures to be sent as MMS messages.

Since I am using my Yahoo email account to sign into the ePrint website, I get a confirmation email that the job was sent to my printer. You can always check the status of your jobs on the HP ePrint website as well. All print jobs will stay in the printer's memory (queue) for 24 hours. This is a great feature since you never know if the printer might go offline when you are not home.

When I send projects to print from other computers (ie sending a report home from work), the project prints with no issues. However, sometimes photo emails do not get processed and are stuck with a "pending" or "failed" status. I believe these are due to some "issues" at HP's end since this technology is so new. I think with time and new updates, these bugs will be fixed. For the time being, HP recommends turning off and then restarting the printer to correct server connection issues/print jobs. Also make sure files are less than 5MB in size, I get many failed print projects because they are larger in size.

For my iPad, I downloaded "HP iPrint" which is a free Wi-Fi application on my iPad. Once I downloaded the application and installed it directly from the iPad, I was able to print pictures from my Photo albums directly to the HP C410 Printer without using the email option stated above. There was no install procedure I had to do at the printer - my iPad automatically recognized the printer. Make sure to check out HP's website to learn more about the different applications, bluetooth and WIFI printing options.

11/28/10 UPDATE: Apple released an update to version iOS 4.2. AirPrint makes it simple to print email, photos, web pages, and documents right from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. There's no software to download, no drivers to install, and no cables to connect. The HP C410a will automatically be showing as the listed printer to send your projects to.

I highly recommended using HP Premium Photo Paper, glossy (100 sheets, 4 x 6-inch borderless). The photo paper is reasonable priced and your photos will come out with the feel and look of professionally printed photos.

Even though it has some minimal connection "issues", overall the print quality is excellent and offers features that will exceed your expectations!

Forget buying a printer, buy an All-in-One!
By Canis Majoris
Having already owned an HP all-in-one printer, I already had high expectations before even opening the box of the HP C410 series printer. Needless to say, my expectations were greatly exceeded.

-Slight Digression-
The first thing you notice when you open the box is how well the contents are organized. Everything is packed in an individual bag. There is no turning the box upside down, no yanking and turning, no fetching your girlfriend, wife, or significant other to hold the box upside down while you pull the printer out. You just effortlessly grab the handles of the bag and lift (with the box right side up). The bag the printer comes in is oversized and it is reusable. It even had washing care instructions on the tag, so there's a bonus already. I know, I know, what about the printer? I just thought this was very unique and interesting to have a usable bag to include with a printer of all things. Now on to what you stopped by this review for.

-Printer Review-
The printer itself is very sleek and modern with its shiny black finish. It is well taped to avoid any damage in shipping. The accessories included are packed in a small, easy to carry, reusable zipper bag. It's perfect for carrying computer accessories like power cords, if you have a laptop. The accessories that come with the computer include 5 ink cartridges, a set-up CD, AC adapter plug, phone plug, quick reference guide, two face plates (on in English and one in French), and sample photo paper (50 included). The printer does not come with a USB cable (as it wants you to use its wireless feature, which requires a wireless router and internet connection), so you would need to buy this separately if you need one. The printer also has slots for your camera's flash memory cards and a front USB port for digital cameras and removable drives.

The actual set-up of the printer was a breeze. Simple plug and play. There are step-by-step instructions in the quick reference guide as well as an animated tutorial on the 2.4 inch color LCD screen that allow you set up and connect your printer. It also guides you in inserting the ink cartridges and setting up a wireless network connection. So if you never read the instructions, the screen on the printer will guide you through its integrated video setup wizard. Takes about 10 minutes max to complete and calibrate. After this, you still have to put in the included CD in a computer to load the drivers (compatible with Windows and Mac) , and set up photo imaging and fax, which also takes roughly ten minutes. Then, finally, it is time to start using your printer.

There are some amazing and ingenious features on this printer. Aside from doing the most obvious tasks of printing, faxing, scanning, and copying, it also allows you to utilize the web. Apps available on the printer, such as Disney Online, tabloid, weathernews, websudoku and current event apps allows you to print from the web without a PC. However, in order to use these apps you of course need to be connected to a router of some sort for internet connection (which I mentioned earlier, in order to get full use of this printer you will need an internet connection). A USB connection alone will not enable functions of this task nor will it enable apps.

Moreover, you can print from anywhere, anytime, with any device using HP ePrint. This alone has to be the selling point for me on this printer. At the end of set up, the printer will print out a page detailing a website to visit along with a code to enter at this website, along with your printers very own e-mail address. This is also an easy set up once you access this website. And it's free. Once this is completed you are able to send photos, documents, and PDF files to your printer. I tried this with my iPhone, blackberry, laptop and from a work computer and it worked flawlessly and as advertised. You are also able to create an Allowed Senders List to manage access to your printer and to set options for senders.

While faxing I was able to fax in color or black and white, which was rather speedy for a consumer printer.
It advertises that it can print up to 33 ppm black, 32 ppm color sheets, and found it to be a little faster than that, even when printing at best quality. Draft was slightly faster. Oh yea, it also prints double-sided.

The quality of photos being printed on this are absolutely astonishing. I have never seen such vivid colors of a photo coming from a printer. There were no obvious lines or smudges on any of the photos I printed. To test this, I printed pictures from my computer, camera and from my blackberry and iPhone and the quality was the same for all. The photo paper that the printer comes had an instant-dry feature. From the moment the photo is printed, you can frame it and the picture will not smudge. And another selling point, you do not have to swap ink cartridges to print photos. The ink cartridges come with a "photo black" included. How is that for convenient?

Does it sound like I am recommending this printer? It prints photos that should satisfy the most stringent amateur, or even professional, photographer; uses the usually "mundane" wireless feature to its full extent, and has borrowed some of the versatility from the Iphone, using apps to do things from printing greeting cards to printing notebook paper. If you want a printer that really does do it all, without the jamming or subpar quality, this is your product.
